 For over a decade, radio audiences in the Metroplex have tuned in to Chris Miles, one of the most recognizable building and remodeling personalities in this area.
Introduced to green building in 2000, Chris began attending numerous building science and green building symposiums and educational seminars. In 2004, he produced and managed one of the most widely acclaimed homebuilding projects in Texas, the "2004 Zero Energy Home" (ZEH) project which was publicized in over 55 newspapers across the US including the New York Times, Washington Post, and USA Today. Seen by over 40,000 consumers and 5000 trade professionals, the ZEH showcased the best products and services for energy efficiency, healthy, and durability for both new homes and remodeling existing homes.

In 2005, Chris recently completed 2 more green built homes with energy bills averaging around $55 - $65 per month and expects to build 3 more "green" homes in 2006.
A remodeling contractor for over 20 years, Chris has numerous major recognition awards for the many innovative and creative ideas he has brought to the industry.
